Hi,
I think that Ubisoft should add Overwatch staff in order to get rid of more griefers and cheaters. I personally don't think when someone teamkills twice is a great system , I think that there should be moderators watching over through games because there could be a man of 4 players and they teamkill the person that is solo queuing and they wont get banned because they only each have to kill him once, and he can't do anything about it other than leave, but what if he is in a ranked game where if he leaves he gets a penalty, and that's where the moderators come in.
This is where the 'report for toxic behavior' button comes into role, and when someone is reported one of the moderators would watch over the game by listening to voice chats, and read text chats. They would pretty much be spectating the whole game and seeing if the 'toxic' player needs a cool down or some sort of suspension. For cheaters this is pretty obvious how this would work, but the 'report for suspicious behavior' button isn't there so the moderators would have to be in the game with them and only moderators would be able to rewatch the game to ensure these people are cheating.
I don't know how moderators would be chosen, if you choose to add this it's your game so you can decide, but if you add this I think that the community would be much, much better, and I've actually been thinking about this for at least 7 months, but if you decide not to add this in then I really hope there is another way to get rid of griefers, but cheaters are not a problem I have not ran into any cheaters because the great anti-cheat system.
