Permanent unfair ban R6S Battle Eye - can't contact to unban

Hi,


I was unfairly banned from Rainbow 6 Siege a week ago. I happened to be playing in a game with a cheater in my lobby and I was then permanently banned by BattleEye.

I have sent several emails to BattleEye support and they are not responding (6 days now) Any suggestions on how this can be resolved?

Has anyone been having the same problem with no replies from BattlEye?

Please help.
